The Zintel organization has been serving the Chicago HVAC community in one form or another for over 60 years. The present G.V. Zintel Associates grew out of Zintel/Devitt manufacturer’s representatives and was formed in 1964 by founders George Zintel and Stanley Erickson. George having operated Zintel/Devitt since leaving the Army Corp of Engineers following WWII was joined by Stanley Erickson who promoted industrial and commercial controls and security systems for many years for Minneapolis Honeywell and served as National Sales Manager for Magnetrol, Inc.

We serve the needs of customers and represent manufacturers in the greater Chicago area as well as throughout Northern and Central Illinois, Northwest Indiana, and Northeast Iowa. We are a family-owned and operated company with 3 generations of family having been involved in the business. We are located in Northbrook, Illinois.

Team.
Stan Erickson
Stan joined G.V. Zintel Associates, Inc. as a sales engineer in 1972 and served as president from 1995 to 2013.
Stan served as a helicopter pilot with the United States Marine Corps on active duty for four years and continued to serve in the Marine Corps reserve at Glenview Naval Air Station before retiring as a Lt Col. with over 26 years of service.
He is a graduate of New Trier High School and attended Western Illinois University graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology.
Stan has also been active in the community in various positions with the Boy Scouts, Little League Baseball and his church.
Keith Erickson
Keith brings more than twenty-five years of financial, strategic and operating experience, sales and business development, and international management experience to G.V. Zintel Associates. He has served as president since 2013.
Prior to joining Zintel, Keith spent the prior five years as a Partner in a boutique investment banking and strategic consulting firm, located in Boston, Massachusetts. In this capacity, he identified and evaluated client and investment opportunities and was responsible for selling the firm’s services and managing client engagements. Keith assisted portfolio companies in achieving strategic, operational and financial objectives.
Before this, Keith served as the Director of Business Strategy for Computer.com, a leading destination site for novice technology users. He was also responsible for strategy development for Internet initiatives and institutional consultant relations at a major institutional investment manager. Prior to this, Keith served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Guatemala. Keith graduated from Washington College with a B.A. degree in History, and holds an MBA from Boston College.

ICS Chillers designs and manufactures Industrial Packaged Chillers for Manufacturing and Process Cooling applications. We offer over 20 years of industrial chiller design, manufacturing, sales, rental, and service experience. With quality and reliability at the forefront of the design phase we can offer a custom Packaged Chiller, specific to your application, in single unit models ranging from 3 HP to 160 HP. ICS Chillers also manufactures a line of Industrial Condensing Units which are designed for Manufacturing and Process Cooling applications that have remote evaporator specifications or requirements. The Condensing Units incorporate our standard industrial design, quality and reliability, and are offered in single unit sizes ranging from 3 HP to 160 HP.
LAMINAR FLOW DIFFUSERS & SYSTEMS
Precision Air Products Company, (PAP) has been manufacturing and designing high quality laminar flow diffusers and systems for ventilation since 1974, serving the needs of the healthcare, food processing, manufacturing industries and any others that have rigid specifications for air quality and distribution. PAP delivers best-of-class laminar flow designs and unique components for thousands of hospital operating rooms, isolation areas, burn units, laboratories and procedure rooms around the globe. Polygon Group offers temporary climate solutions to control the temperature and humidity of a building and manufacturing environment. Our climate solutions involve controlling the temperature or humidity of a building or manufacturing site using drying, cooling, heating and remote monitoring services.
